Do your axles comply with EAEU and Russian market requirements? +
Yes. Our brake systems are equipped with Knott and AL-KO mechanisms, certified to ECE R13 / E24 standards, which are recognized in the Eurasian Economic Union. Our hubs are manufactured with PCD drillings for Russia and the CIS: 100×4, 112×5, 139.7×5, and others. Upon request, we provide a full package of customs clearance documents.
What is the load capacity of your axles and what types do you produce? +
We produce torsion axles (independent suspension for campers and motorhomes), straight leaf spring axles (cargo trailers and flatbeds), and independent off-road suspension (for expedition trailers). Load capacity ranges from 750 kg to 3,500 kg, following European and Eurasian marking practices.
Can I order axles in custom sizes under my own brand? +
Yes, OEM manufacturing is our core business format. We manufacture axles according to your drawings: beam length, hub PCD, brake system type, and your logo application. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for standard models is 5–50 pieces; custom projects are discussed separately.
Why is seamless steel tubing better than ordinary welded tube? +
Welded tube has a longitudinal seam — a stress concentration zone. Under cyclic loads on rough roads, this seam can develop cracks. We use seamless square steel tubing of our own production — no seam along the entire beam length, with uniform load distribution under torsion and bending. The raw material price difference is about $220 per ton, but it is an investment in safety.
Will your axles withstand harsh winters and road salt? +
Yes. Our torsion axles undergo hot-dip galvanizing by default, with a coating thickness of 70–90 microns. This protects against corrosion on salted and reagent-treated roads, preserving bearing life across temperature swings from −40°C to +40°C. Coating service life is 10–15 years.
What are the delivery times to Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan? +
Production of standard axles takes 15–25 working days. Delivery options:
  • By road (TIR): 15–25 days to Moscow, Minsk, or Almaty
  • By rail: 25–40 days (cost-effective for large batches)
  • By sea + road: 35–45 days

Yes, we welcome this. We are a real factory in Zhejiang Province, China — not a trading company. You will see the entire production cycle: from cutting seamless tubing to galvanizing and assembly.
