Trailer Torsion Axles – Independent Suspension Axles
Our trailer torsion axles use independent rubber-damped suspension to deliver a smoother, quieter ride compared to traditional spring axles. Also known as torsion half axles, these units are ideal for caravans, camping trailers, utility trailers and marine trailers where ride quality matters.
We manufacture both unbraked (idler) torsion axles and braked torsion axles with 200×50 or 250×40 brake drums. Available in Knott-compatible and AL-KO-compatible designs for European markets, plus standard configurations for American and Australian trailers.
Our torsion axle range includes:
- 350-1500 kg Light Duty Torsion Axles – compact half axles for micro trailers, jet ski trailers and small campers
- 750-1800 kg European Torsion Axles – Knott and AL-KO compatible axles for caravans and camping trailers
- 3500-7000 lbs American Torsion Axles – heavy duty axles for utility, cargo and enclosed trailers
- V-Bend Boat Trailer Torsion Axles – galvanized marine axles with V-drop for bass boat and pontoon trailers
